The first theme is: Best Jersey Card

This is a bit of a throwback theme -- the jersey card has been a feature in the hobby for over 25 years now. We've seen memorabilia cards evolve over time to expand patches, seams, logos, tags, fight straps, skates, and so much more. But this week, let's go back to basics. Show off an amazing jersey card in your collection--this can be anything that features just basic jersey material. It can be a rare card, it can include a multi-colour swatch, a seam, anything so other than the "premium" pieces such as patches and so forth. No autos, as well.

Posting guideline: please ensure that you have proof of ownership in your image. This can be as simple as having your SCF user name on a decoy card alongside your submission. I'll share an example below.

Contest is open to all SCF Members except for myself, fellow TM's, and anyone in the upper management. We can play, but we won't be eligible in the voting rounds.

Reminder about the points & RP available for participation:

How points will be awarded:

1pt for a valid entry

Voting:

4pts for first place
2pts for second place
If we get more than 10 entries, an additional point will be awarded to both 1st and 2nd place, and I'll award 1 point for 3rd place.

Each entry will earn you 25 Rewards Points. For those not familiar with SCF RP, it's a site currency that can be used to purchase cards from other members, the SCF Rewards Store, and get into special Group Breaks hosted by @doniceage

The winner of each week's contest will be awarded an additional 250RP.

"You have received the first ever Game Worn Jersey" card from Upper Deck LLC.

Times have changed but these started it all.

Choosing this one because it is from the 1st time the Kraken had a player in an All Star game. Also like the fact that it says on the back that it was worn in the skills competition unlike modern football cards which just say "Not from any specific game or event" and aren't even player worn in most cases now.

Here is something you won't see from me often, a Panini card, but a great Panini card.

This card includes an auto but the key visual aspect is the 3 colour jersey of Ovie's.

2023 In The Game Used Jumbo Memorabilia Jagr 4/6

This is a piece of the shoulder area from Jagr's Penguins jersey. The jersey piece is spectacular, with 3 colors, 5 breaks, and a couple of large, raised seams.
