Why is DeRozan the only rookie Panini doesn't have AUTOS for?
Was really wondering if anybody knows anything about Panini's omission of DeRozan autos in all their product so far.
I searched and found this thread asking about other DeRozan autos:
https://www.sportscardforum.com/showt...ght=no+derozan
But started a new one to focus on the Panini/DeRozan thing, it's weird he was at the rookie photo-shoot and everything, there's got to be an explanation.

Being a fellow Raptors fan, I noticed that too. It is kind of strange.

this may be a fetch but perhaps they lost all his sticker autos? Or maybe he just doesn't sign (even for card companies), lol.

you guys both could be right - I did not think about the possibility of them losing his auto's (stickers) but the not signing for card companies part crossed my mind. I'm not sure why he would do that though. The laziness part also crossed my mind. However I thought all rookies, under the terms of the player (collective bargaining) and union contracts, were expected to participate. He is the only one who I can think of who does not have rookie auto's.Last edited by wrafman; 02-12-2010 at 05:14 AM.

I have seen that one since I'm a Raptors fan and look for Raptor cards sometimes. Those cards are popular.
Even though that makes sense in a way because those cards were signed at the all-star game when he was in high-school(or finished high school) it also makes it seem even stranger though.
