Save it to your computer, and then add it as an attachment.

Inherent in the above advice is you click on
-> Go Advanced
-> Attach Files

It uploaded the picture; however, when I go to advance, I am unable to locate it.

This is a test. Here's what I did.
Go Advanced
Scroll down.
Manage Attachments.
Browse (your computer).
Upload.

Let's see if this works.

The easiest way is use the "post reply" button at the bottom left corner. There you will see that you can add up to 3 images at once. After you choose the image that you want to upload from your computer, click upload. After the upload is complete, close the window & your attachment should be listed there. Then you jusy have to click the reply button.
