Should I worry about Panini redemption?

I submitted my request almost a month ago for:

Bill Cartwright 10-11 Rookies and Stars Bulls Patch Auto.
Deron Williams 09-10 Crown Royale Majestic Signatures.
(Both in the same request)

I saw D-Will Majestic Sigs on eBay for at least a couple of month so I guess panini already have these specific cards in hand. However, my request is still pending and there is no update at all. I also submitted my questions by messages regarding the redemptions (both on redemption page and on contacting customer service) but I never hear back from Panini. (Don't want to call them since I'm outside US now)

Usually. how long it will take for redemption if panini already have that card?

Also, I need cartwright auto so I don't want Panini to decide what is the comparable card and sent it to me. I paid quite high for this redemption (but lower than previous 2 on eBay) I also found out that my card will be 1/99 (The first one). I concern since I put 4 months as waiting period. Does it mean that if Bill didn't sign within 4 months, panini will send a crap card to me without notice me first?

If panini redemption works well, I will try to get another one for Boozer auto in Bulls uniform.

Panini is worse than UD when it comes to redemptions I saw one of my redemptions live on ebay, I called and had to wait over a month to get it. Had I not called, it probably would never have shipped.

So much for Panini CS being better than UD. I think they are all about the same. The best redemption was probably Press Pass.

But regarding the topic, you should at least email or call to see what's going on. I like email personally because I like written records of all my business interactions.

A photo of one of the cards I have a request (opened in August) in for was posted on the Panini blog back in mid-November. My request hadn't been updated, so last week I asked when the card would be sent out; I was told 2-4 weeks... which is at least 4 months after Panini had the card in hand.

They replace my Stephen Curry /10 redemption with a Jordan Hill /10 card..

As far as I know, there is no way to email Panini directly so I have to submit questions using my account via Panini website.

At least, I got useless answers from UD a few days after I emailed them but Panini didn't response any of my messages.

Pa-crap-crap owes me 3 cards all redeemed throughout 2010 and there have been ZERO status updates or anything.

1. Jennings 09'10 Absolute RPM - redeemed on 6/14/10 - no change
2. J.Johnson/Blair 09'10 Update - Dual Auto - redeemed on 10/5/10 - no change
3. Kobe Bryant 10'11 Limited - Monikers auto #/25 - redeemed on 11/4/10 - no change

Yea they are pretty bad. It takes them forever to answer a question when u post it. Still waiting on 2 redemptions from back in early August. All they have told me is there waiting for the player to sign them. I would ask for a replacement but am afraid of what I might get.

I'm just starting to worry a bit about my various outstanding redemptions from last year. There's a Jennings Timeless Rookie Recruits, a few Darren Collisons, etc.

A month or two ago I asked for a replacement for one of my Collison (on card) Classics autos, and Panini sent me a Ryan Gomes auto...majorly disappointed with that one, Gomes is pretty much the worst possible person Panini had autos of...
