What color sharpie/paint pen to use??

I went and printed out a few images where I made the background black and white and the player that I want to sign the piece to be in color. I really like the way that it looks.

My problem is what color do you get these signed in?
I printed out an extra and tried black, blue, and silver and out of the 3 silver looked the best, but it still did not look great.
Would gold look better? I did not have gold to try out. I dont want these great images to be wasted because you cant see the signiture.

    Here is a sample image:

I guess the cost of my hobby just went up by an SRX gold pen for each request.

    SRX Metallic Markers

I guess I am late to the party and just realized you have to buy a whole pack of SRX Metallic Markers if you want the gold. That sucks.
I did call the company to ask if I could buy a pack (or more) of just gold. She said that they did not offer that option.......BUT because so many autograph collectors have been calling they are in the process of making packs of just gold and silver. I asked her when that would happen, but she did not know. She just knew that it was something they were doing.
