Whatagoalie43. When he decided to sell his Backlund PC he offered it up to me, not only did he help me land some nice pieces for insanely little money, he also sent this along as a free gift! It's a huge act of generosity, especially given the price of the card I originally bought. Thanks again Holden!

Hmm who should I toss out this time...Andrew got a prize last time from my nomination so who shall I go with this time around.

For this one I suppose I'll go with 2 nominations.

First, canucksfan007.

He was my Stempniak competition for quite some time before he went down to just his rookie year stuff. I believe we had a deal in place where it was for the Stempniak OPCP 1/1. I open the package when I get it, and there's all the Stempniak stuff he had left. OPCP 1/1, BD 1/1, Autofacts 1/1, plus numerous others numbered to 15 or less, a HUGE shock to me, and one the nicest acts of generosity I've seen

2nd, someone who may have been nominated in the other one, but I'll double it up because he's an amazing dude on here

ravens_creed (Paul) is hands down one the best people on this site. I know he's been a little occupied lately and hasn't been around as much but he still makes the site a better place. He is constantly trading in your favor, and I believe around it was either around Christmas time or around my birthday, he knew my life was going a little rough, and he sent me a Stempniak FW Auto Patch that was an upgrade from my current one, as a little present. I know he was mentioned in the other thread, but he deserves another mention for the stuff he does for people

I have 2 as well.

My first is Masonraymond0320, who is overall a great person. He's always around the site helping out, trading and chatting. Mason is one of those people that are just easy to talk to and get along with and he's just once again a great person. One time in the live chat he was looking at the NHL Game Used Auctions and he was looking around an noticed something that someone else in the chat might want since it was of the person he collected. He immediately thought of him and told him it was there (I know lame story but we only really chat and I cant think of anything else, so this was just a miniscule example of why Mason, aka Andrew, deserves it)

My second is rainman67ko, he's a great guy who helps you out if you need it and he does group breaks for anyone interested and he breaks whatever you and the others want.(Just a few days ago he did a small 3 box group break b/c some people wanted a smaller one). Then he'll break them live on his blogtv account for everyone to see. Did I mention that he does this every week? Well he does and he is also the Dispute Team Advisor here on SCF. Overall, I think that rainman67ko is very deserving because he's a nice guy, does things on the site and helps out others.

I have to second Derrick's nomination for Paul (Ravens_Creed). He has to be the most generous guy I know and he's just an overall upstanding guy. I remember there was a stretch of time where Paul held giveaways during his live breaks not for any reason but just because he thought it would be a fun way to give back to other members on here. He truely makes this site a more enjoyable experience for anyone who has had the pleasure to encounter him and I'm sure many others will vouch for that.

For a 2nd nomination I would nominate Scott (scottkoz20). Scott may work on a lot of sets for his own interests but there is no doubt that his daughter Olivia and her medical condition is at the forefront of his life, hobby practices included. Scott constantly gives member of our "Sabres Mafia" among others, lots of little freebies if he happens to pickup stuff we need. He also is constantly fundraising to support research for DBA (his daughter's medical condition) including most recently holding a block sale and card raffle in his local neighborhood. Scott is a stand up guy and a real asset to the SCF community.

About scottkoz20, he helped me 2 times to get cards from ebay when i couldn't get them due to the fact shipping to canada was not available, i'll try to personalize every gift as last time, let it go on :)

Even though ravens_creed has won a prize, I think he deserves another nomination for being so nice :)

Paul is one of the nicest guys on the boards, in my opinion. He has mailed freebies out to me, has hosted box break contests, and has helped me out with my HW a couple of times now. He didn't need to, but because he is so nice, he kindly volenteered to. Also, I really enjoyed his photobucket videos that he had posted, so one day I jokingly point out that he had taken them down, and that I had really enjoyed them. He says that it had taken up too much room in his photobucket. I never asked for him to post more videos up, but sure enough, 1 or 2 weeks later, he asks me to come to live chat, and gives me a link to more videos that he had made, mostly because I had asked for them! He even gives me a shoutout in one of his vodeos!

So a huge thanks to Paul aka ravens_creed for all of his generous work he has done around SCF!

Second member would go to guy3050.

Around sometime last year, he offers me a Mason Raymond cup rookie. I tell him that that is out of my price range, and that sadly I would have to pass. A couple days later, he PMs me again, and says to PM him my address because he would mail it out to me for free! I am obviously overjoyed because that is one of the cards that I have always wanted. A week later, I check the mail, and I see that Guy's package is in the mail! I run inside to open it up, and there it is, the Mason Raymond Cup rookie that I have always wanted with a clean blue auto.

So a huge thanks to Guy3050 aka Guy for his generosity!

Well Max, if someone else had been putting on this contest, I would nominate you based on our personal dealings and all the times I've heard of you doing such generous things for other members!

Instead, I would like to second - or third where appropriate - all the nominations posted! Really can't say a bad thing - only good - about all of them. Whether it was personal or just heard through the grapevine, all are great members that help make SCF the best trading site community on the web!

*blushes* Aw, shucks. Thanks for the kind words, everyone. This made my day, coming home from work and finding this unexpectedly!

I am mostly out of the weeds now work wise (major marking is done, only 2 more official days of "work"/school left) and then it is 2 months of summer vacationing and heavy SCF activity for me again! I've been looking forward to returning to my ways of last summer, being on here often, running contests and free giveaways, etc. Stay tuned, I'm BACK, baby!!
