Masked Men Emerald Redemption Day - AMAZING!!! Thank you Dr. Price!
Once again Dr. Price and his amazing team at In The Game have outdone themselves. When the error was announced for the Masked Men Emerald cards in 2010-11 Between the Pipes, and subsequently followed up with news of a redemption program, I decided right away that I was going to go for 17 Carey Price cards to get the special memorabilia card #'d /10. It was no small challenge, and I am very grateful to a number of good folks here that helped me along the way to the goal. Price is obviously the hottest active goalie in the hobby today, so there was some serious competition for these cards.
When I saw the card mockups I had a feeling that they would be special, and not just ye ole common jersey pieces. A seam or two-colour pieces I thought would be the order of the day. Nuh-uh. Like I said, ITG way outdid themselves.
This arrived today...

Take a closer look at that filthy, outrageous, nasty patch:
Three-colour emblem piece with 2-colour jersey underlaying it. The card is busting at the seams.
I am over the moon that I took part in the program.
A huge thanks again to all those who traded or sold me their Price cards. I hope that those of you also participating get something just as special.

Beautiful card...I mean we're talking top-ten worthy, IMHO. I'm glad you got the card and are sharing it with the board.

I think the colour of the card (emerald of course) brings out the true beauty in that patch......it would not be nearly as striking on white, but those are the small things ITG always seems to think of. Beauty patch. Congrats.
