Donruss remdemtion service is horrible!!! :)
Ok mid January I send in a redemption and they got if FEBURARY 14. So then Im waiting thinking ill get it over my Vacation(in italy). NO!! Absolutley wrong. Seven months when i circled 4 months!!! I am so mad at them and I just called and expressed dissapointment and they are going to give me a call back. STAY AWAY FROM DONRRUSS REDEMPTIONS

What was the redemption for? I waited for 14 months for a Joe Perry NT autograph.

7 months that used to be quick turnaround for Upper Deck....I waited almost 2 years for a dual auto of Greg Jones and Reggie Smith..

Not big name players but I circled 4 months and I'm waiting 12 months since Alan Branch auto and 5 months for a Brandon Merriweather.

I've been waiting for my Ginn redemptions sinse Natl Treasures came out.. I can't even get a reply from them.

Yea i know. i luv donruss products but their redemption service is horrible. Been almost 8 months since i sent in a Craig Buster Davis auto redemption... and i circled 4 months. Still no card.

Waiting on numerous (13 or 14) Craig Buster Davis redemptions from last year.He stalked me in my box breaks last year.I circled 4 months each time and still nothing.I called Donruss a couple months ago and asked them if I could get replacements because I was tired of waiting,still nothing.

they make me what to send them anthrax, i'm waiting for a antonio gates absolute auto jersey #ed and they told me they were a month behind in entering redemptions, i think they do the on-line redemption this year which is a lot better, upperdeck redemmed my spa sid rice auto jersey in like 2 weeks awesome,thats the way it should be
