SCF Racing Team Challenge Bonus Race - Budweiser Shootout

Welcome to a non-points race version of the Racing Team Challenge!
This contest is open to anyone that wants to participate.

Here are the basic rules:

1. Pick 2 different drivers as your “team” that you think will have the best chance of finishing in the top 2 of the race. NO “TEAMS” HAVING ONE DRIVER MORE THAN ONCE FOR A RACE! HOWEVER YOU CAN CHOOSE THE SAME DRIVERS EVERY WEEK IF YOU WISH.

2. The goal of this is to have the BEST reverse average finish with the 2 drivers you pick. This will be deducted off of your overall standing’s for this year’s Racing Team Challenge.

Example: One team has finishes of 1st and 7th in a 20 car field. Another team has finishes of 4th and 10th in the same field. The first team would be credited with 20th and 13th (average: 16.5) and the second team would be credited with 16th and 10th (average: 13). The team with the higher average would get a better bonus.

3. Picks can be changed until the start of the race. Any changes to your post after the race starts will have you disqualified for the race and there will be no bonus for you in the overall standings for this race.

4. There is no penalty for missing or getting disqualified from a non-points race. However, if you would like to get a bonus that is deducted from your overall standings, it is suggested that you don’t miss a race.

5. Since there is no prize to be awarded, there is no tie breaker.

6. Everyone is a winner that takes part in this race! Your prize is that your reverse average finish for this race will be taken off of your overall total for the year.

7. Most important rule is to have fun doing this as well as watching the race.
