I am SUPER BUMMED!!! If anyone ever finds this card PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

So I was watching this card on ebay for the last 7 days:

I have been waiting a LOOOOOOOONGGGGGG time to see that card and I thought this was my chance to get it. Well, I just noticed that all bids have been canceled and the listing has been ended. I e-mailed the seller but doubt I will hear back from them. That is one of very few Bobby Phills 1/1 cards, and one that I have been wanting very badly. To me that card is what a 1/1 origionall was all about. No auto, no patch, no jersey/shoe/ball etc. Just a beautifully designed card. Now its gone. I am bummed!!!!!! I have been dreaming of that card for the last 7 days!!!! And now I guess it will have to just remain a dream.



If anyone ever has the opportunity to obtain that card, get it and I will trade a Kobe Bryant auto for it.

Phills was killed during the 1999 or 2000 NBA season when he was drag-racing with Hornet teammate David Wesley. He was a pretty good player in his day actually, solid defender and could score a bit

Yup, I remember when Bobby played for the CHARLOTTE Hornets back in the day. Weren't those Charlotte pinstripe jerseys the best? I'm sure had I been born there I would've bought 1 as a kid. It was really sad when the story broke out of Bobby's death, especially the way he died. Drag racing with his teammate David Wesley....


Didn't the Brian Williams aka Bison Dele murder happen not to long after Phills' death?
