    I don't think so, players usually have coldstreaks along with their hotstreaks, and sometimes balls take an unlucky bounce around the rim. IMO

    Yes...we have seen some goof FT shooters with very high percentage. It is not easy but not impossible

    I think this will be broken - I'm honestly surprised that someone like Ray Allen or Steve Nash hasn't already broken it...but, I can see some small guard shooting 96% for a season...yes, everyone has hot streaks and cold streaks, but with the great FT shooters, their cold streaks don't last very long.

    didnt Jose Calderon have a ft % of .981? Did he not shoot enough fts to count?

    Yeah, he had an insanely high percentage, but I don't believe he surpassed 150 FTA...and I think the minimum is 200 FTA for a season, but I'm not positive on that.
