Awesome Cowboys training camp success!
I went to Cowboys training camp this weekend. I'm a HUGE Miles Austin fan and I even had a jersey made. I got his attention while they were stretching and showed him my jersey. He smiled and gave me a thumbs up. After practice all the players head into the locker room and Miles runs straight over to me. He shakes my hand, signs my jersey and mini helmet and then gives me his gloves! He starts signing everyone elses stuff for about 10-15 minutes. He comes back and signs the gloves for me too! He was the only player that came over to the end zone to sign that day so everyone was thanking me for getting him to come over. here are some pics

so we head back to the team hotel where we were staying and had a lot of successes there as well.
my son added Jason Hatcher, Orlando Scandrick and Igor Olshansky to his football
got Jay Ratliff, Isiaih Stanback, Steven Bowen, DeAngelo Smith, David Buehler and Montrae Holland on his mini helmet
Orlando Scandrick gave my son a pair of his gloves a few weeks ago so we got those signed as well
the only other autos i got this weekend were on the fullsize helmet project i am starting. i am only getting HOF'ers one one side and Ring of Honor members on the other side. I added Bob Lilly and Mel Renfro
what do you guys think???

wow great successes that helmet should look sweet w/ guys like aikman,staubach,smith,irvin etc

realistically i only anticipate being able to get Lilly, Renfro, Michael Irvin, Rayfield Wright, Randy White and maybe Tony Dorsett on the Hall of Fame side of the helmet. The rest are just tough to get without spending a ton of $$$

Very nice story and very kind of Miles Austin to sign for you, everybody around that area, and to top it off, gave you his practice-worn gloves. Congrats to you and your son on scoring those Cowboys sigs!
