RB21 Card Holders for The Cup Draft Boards

I recently purchased a Steven Stamkos The Cup Draft Board and it came in a plastic holder which was the first one that I've seen that was able to fit these Draft Boards cards. The gentleman told me that they were called "RB21 Holders". Can anyone tell me how I can get my hands on a bunch of these...I am trying to put this set together. Thanks !

I believe they are the same people who amke the holders that fit The Cup Dual Shields? They have hobby shops in Los Angeles and Japan if I am not mistaken?
