I have designed some cards for my pc, I am having probs cutting them out correctly, can't seem to line them up properly and when i cut them I end up with a white line on them

Whats the best way to set them up to print them out and be able to cut them out perfectly?? I need to invest in a better guilotine I think too

I'm using Adobe Illustrator to set them up
