Thanks all,
I've cleaned it up a little bit.
I'm going to do a set of 5 Cubs, 5 Blackhawks, & 5 Bears HOF's, plus an additional 5 HOF's I think are pretty automatic, although most have a fee.

It is a brush effect in Photoshop. I had to download it off the web (found it free), then once I have it in my brush palate, I created a new layer and played around with it.

Thanks. The 1985 USFL Set is my fave. I built that one from scratch. I was a huge fan of the USFL back in the day, too.
