A second round pick did this?!?

    31:20 minutes played
    11/17 shooting
    28 points
    21 rebounds
    10 off. rebounds
    6 fouls

Who was it? DeJuan Blair, who started for the Spurs in tonight's game. A 20/20 game for the rookie. Incredibly impressive.

Parker and Blair tor it up, I thought Durant was gonna put another loss on the Spurs. You think Duncan has lost his mojo?

Not really shocking.... He should have been a first round pick. I thought he was gonna go in the top 15 For Sure.

Nice steal for the Spurs. Sucks he wont be in the NBA for a long time though

Duncan didn't play in tonight's game...not sure why though.

Why do you say he won't be in the NBA for long?

Everyone knew he would be great, fact that he has only three or four years to play is what made him drop

His ACL issues kept him from being a 1st round pick. I saw some of the highlights, and he was beating 2-3 guys to rebounds while making it look easy. He has a nice little jump hook from close, but he is fierce on the rebounding end just like he was in college.

I forgot he was ACL-less...well, no matter how long his career is, if he's able to do what he did last night every so often, he'll end up with a VERY productive career.

DeJuan Blair was one of my top 3 favorite players and was nasty for Pitt. I don't really think he was a 2nd rounder! I drafted him in my last round in my fantasy bball league and he has helped me the past few games.

HOWEVER, if he doesn't have ACL's, no need to worry about tearing one!? Lol. And it is odd he had them operated on in HS but now doesn't have them? Ironic.

Blair should have had a 30-20 game if the ref didn't call a couple of phantom calls in the game. He fouled out early in OT.

Blair is an absolute beast. Pop has been limiting his minutes this season. A little too much if you ask me. He has started the past 10 games or so with Bonner out but played mostly under 20 minutes a game. His lack of ACLs is cause for concern but I believe Blair played three years of college ball without missing a game.
