    I found that a regular blank index card with a tiny bit of customizing works awesome. Almost all modern printers will print on the index cards so you cna use Paint and type his name and add a team logo or his stats on the back or any photo/clipart you like. That way it's a custom card and they typically have no issue signing them.

    You will be suprised how simple it is to customize a quick card in paint. Give it a shot.

    guess im confused? how would there be identity theft from signing a blank index card?
