Anyone having problems with SportsOdyssey?

I bought a bunch of cards from him and sent paypal over a week ago. I have emailed him and PMed him asking if the cards had been shipped, since one was supposed to be a gift for a friend. I have not heard anything back from him nor have I recieved my cards. Anyone else having problems?

Just to let you know his last post on this board was November 22.

Remember that you have 30 days to get your money back from Paypal if anything does go wrong.

If I recall correctly, many people bought from Odyssey. It would be nice to know how their business went as well. I sent cash so there's nothing I can do... Good luck getting your paypal back... It would be wise to find everybody who delt with him and encourage them to leave negative feedback after a couple of weeks.

Well I don't know exactly how to do it since I don't have Paypal.

But I tried searching their homepage and came up with this:

If that isn't it maybe somebody who has done that with Paypal can help you out.

Also this guy will be kicked off if he doesn't send out his cards (like anybody else) so please keep me updated on this.

i have never done it but click on the resolution center and there is a link to file a claim.. again.. i am not sure this is how it is done but i had some loser file a claim against be and that is how it gets resolved.. and i would suggest not filing until you are sure you arent getting the cards.. cuzz once it is filed and you get them its a HUGE mess

I will wait and see what happens, but 12 hour shifts for 8 straight days would explain why the cards havent been shipped- Will keep everyone updated

I put Odyssey's account on suspend... not as a punishment but just to make sure no other deals could be made until he finished the ones he had open. He sent me this email today :
