    personally, i wouldnt touch anything Payton unless it had a Steiner COA or Walter Payton Foundation hologram.

    unfortunately i dont believe it would pass. i compared it to a few legit Payton sigs and it doesnt seem consistent with those.

    a Steiner Payton 8x10 just sold for $180 yesterday. People are willing to pay way more for a legit Payton sig. that's why the one you bought went for so cheap. It's authenticity was questionable. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and i normally dont speak up but i would hate for you to waste your $$$ on something like this.

    I agree with Neverfinished on PSA/JSA- they seem to approve more and more bad looking sigs. I purchased a slabbed Payton signed card a few years back (PSA) and I even have my doubts on it....I plan on keeping it but I'm 50/50 on its authenticity.
