    grading cards

im looking to buy some ungraded cards on ebay to get graded and maybe turn around and sell them. what is a good player to get for pretty cheap ungraded but sell pretty well graded? the more specific you are on the player and brand the better.

I would say the only players I would grade besides a true rookie auto are....

    LeBron
    Kobe
    Wade
    Jordan
    Magic
    Bird
    Wilt
    Dirk

i cant offer up any suggestions, but you're better off buying cards in person, if possible, to really determine if the card is truly gradeable.

You have a 25% chance of buying a card off ebay and turning it into a 9.5.

Not sure you can make profit from buy card by card from bay and turn them into 9.5. Consider you need to pay the fee for grading and mailing, you may as well just keep the card and resale later.

And like Montej said, you need to see the card in person with ruler and stuff. It may look good in the picture, but post office always screw up something.

maybe some greats too like Larry Bird, Julius Erving
    also football example

Matthew Stafford you can get his stuff fairly cheap and sell good, along with calvin johnson

Just have to find those players that aren't on that patriots caliber team.

just as an example a kobe bryant topps chrome rookie can be baught for under 200.00 and if you can get it graded a 9 or better you can double its value which would more then cover all the fees that go into grading
