Very nice cards! I just got one in an SCF group break. Veditte is a very unique player. I watched him play here at charleston in the Yankees minor league farm system (Charleston Riverdogs). He is a switch pitcher (the only one in professional baseball) and can pitch both righty and lefty. He has a special fielding glove that he can wear on either hand. What a weapon he would be if he develops as a top-notch MLB pitcher who can throw from both sides.

Thats incredible (switch pitcher)!! I always wondered if there was any pitchers like that out there. I'm going to see if he's on youtube...would love to see him at work.

Wow, Switch Pitching.. That is cool. I wonder, how many other switch pitchers have played in the majors and if there any notables. Nice pick-ups..

There are videos of him...here's one from ESPN E60 when he played on the Riverdogs last year. I was hoping he'd be back this year, but knew he would get promoted from Low Single A ball last year...he was just way too good for low level class A
