    Paypal question

I had to file a claim for a couple of 07-08 Hot Prospects boxes i won on eBay the beginning of December. Never received the boxes. Seller had 100% feedback at the time and ever since i won my auctions, all this seller has received is negative feedback for no one receiving any merchandise from him. Cardsforyou-collectors is the sellers name. Stay away. Needless to say, im done with eBay.

So, does paypal credit your bank account when they restore funds, or will the money just stay on the paypal account?

    Thanks

Unfortunately ull lose a couple dollars in fees along the process of going back to your bank account though, only downside to it

And only if the transfer is under $150 - unless that's changed recently.

Sorry to hear about your bad break there, it's never a good thing when a heretofore good trader turns bad.

Won a dispute once. Only got 6 bucks back as that was all the seller had in his account. They said if he ever gets more funds that I would get the rest of my refund. So i am still out 63 bucks.
I am not expecting that he will ever put funds into that account again. Guess the bottom line is you can only get a refund if the monies are in the sellers account

Don't let that experience ruin ebay for you. Just keep your eyes open for sign of a bad account before you throw down your bid. I know your case is a little different but if someone's account is 100% make sure that thier feedback number is decent enough >20 and that it's legit feedback.
