    My new trading site.

Ever since I started collecting, I had a wantlist and I hated using threads so I got myself a freewebs page. I didn't like writing out lists of cards I had for trade and I liked having scans of my cards so I also got a photobucket. I hated the gallery on freewebs so I had to use both. I got really tired of having a bucket and a freewebs and not having them interconnected. Plus, I had unscanned cards that weren't worth scanning. Finally, I have a wantlist and tradelist in the same location as well as still having scans of most of my cards. I present to you, my new and improved tradelist/wantlist:

    http://www.freewebs.com/cnshockey/

feedback welcome. And let me know if any links to scans don't match the card. It's almost 4 am here and it took me about 20 tired to spell it's right the 1st time in this sentence so cut me some slack.

    a basic store costs $15.95 a month.

with this, all Buy It Now, Best Offer listings above $25 cost 5 cents each
all, buy it now, best offer listings below $25 are 3 cents each

auctions insertion fees are the same.

However, store owners get a discount on final value fees for items above $25

Having said that, I had about 500 cards I wanted to sell (have to pay the tax man's bill)...in the past 30 days, I've sold $1100-1300 worth of cards. My fees on these sales are around $175. so my gross is just below $1000ish.

so basically, it costs more up front, but if you plan on doing any bit of selling, its definetly worth it

I am shocked as well. I am learning more and more as I go how this works. I've bought a few high end boxes with the money I've made and have sold those singles as well. So technically, I've retained non of my profit.

Now I am selling to pay my back taxes and credit cards. Not buying at all and I dont collect anything but certain autographed sets (SPA FW Autos) so yeah.....even though I've brought in the loot, it is gone before I know it :)

Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
