As previously said contact UD. From personal experience they are fairly good with this kind of this most of the time.

WOW!!!! I don't know much about hockey cards, but I'd say on the end of anything being done... if you wife still has the receipt from buying the box, i'd say take it back with the receipt and get either your money or another box. But yeah, the whole tampering thing's still gonna be hard to prove..... I know I'd have a hard time believing it

i would guess ud would take care of this. serial #s, etc. it could happen. as long as you havent claimed like 3 empty boxes before i doubt theyd think you were lying!

grosner is notorious for selling unsealed products, the lcs hates dealing them i deal with prince's wholesale but they only sell to dealers, my dad is one so i can buy thankfully lol. but grosner i do not trust 100% lcs bought a case of the cup they told him they would only sell 5 at a time obviously not sealed since a sealed case is 6. then they have an unusually high amount of great pulls on their ebay store not sure of the seller name but i know the lcs has seen it, he thinks they find the case hits then sells the rest of the product. no proof of course just theory. tell ud they know what packs went into what boxes, this is why when you are missing a box hit they can usually tell you. if they say it was filled then i would put a complaint into ud about grosner, i know they lost their hobby liscense for a bit, i think selling to the public at the expo last spring and can only sell retail at the moment.

The weight of the product would be on the shipping invoice. If you don't have a copy Grosnors would. That's your proof.

Hi Guys
thanks for the support, I'm going to file a case with upper deck tomorrow. As a side note the grosnor theory " patsfan" suggested has been told to me by a few people and seems weird. My problem is I know the box was sealed with upperdeck shrink wrap and the seals were intact. A funny side note, my wife read the comments from everyone and now I'm screwed again, shes says shes never buying me a box again because she does not know what it should wiegh AHHHHHH...lol
