yeah 275 is good, last 1 went for that much from a BIN, but one before it didn't go that high, I would say that is a very good offer.

That is true. But we all know that on ebay it all depends on many factors
what exposure did the seller give to the item, what time of day did the auction end, what was going on during the ending time (ie a major sporting event).
We all have had auctions end with very disappointing results. Many times due to those points i just mentioned. Example, I made the mistake of having several auctions end last night, forgetting about the afc and nfc championships. Very disappointed in my results. Anyways, I am sure I didn't have to tell you guys that. I will probably take the $275 but will give the $300 a little more time.
