Can anyone tell me if this card exists.

2009-10 UD Black Pride of a Nation Patches Autographs Dual #PN2LE Erik Ersberg/Henrik Lundqvist

I haven't seen one anywhere and its not priced by Beckett. Was it a redmption or just not produced? I'm sure some of the Lundy guys are asking the same question.
