2009 SPX pricing

Haven't checked these out yet, but what are they selling for per pack?

The reason I ask is that the prices they're fetching on Ebay seem fairly high - $40 for Kane, $60 for Van Riemsdyk, etc., for cards numbered to almost 500.

Is this typical, or do you think prices will settle down? Or go higher?

Thanks - that was my thinking, but I am a relative newbie. I'd like to grab a few, but maybe it's better to wait a bit.

Yeah. After the initial buzz for collectors to be the first to own a certain card, competition for the cards will decrease and prices will drop. At least that's my experience...oh, the $$ I could have saved had I waited. Hindsight is 20/20.

Price will go down, but those are on par with previous years hot rookies.

I took 75 for my Monster and ran. Some HUGE fluctuations though. Since I pulled mine Ive seen Gustavsson's go for between 45 and 100! Most in the 60-75
Range, Although one sold today for 82.

i always find that sometimes you can get a good deal if ppl haven't realized its been released yet (like first 24hrs), but after that I find you need to wait at least a week or until the next product is released and this year it seems that a new one comes out every week

after all the people go crazy to get the 1st card, prices tend to drop unless its a low print run card
