    Pretty sure he just bids low on anything and EVERYTHING!!!! Then prob flips it for a proffit. I actually dont mind him, just wondering if anyone knew his whole story or him personally? As he bids on a ton of my stuff!!!!

    probably like you just said he looks for low ball stuff and tries to turn it around. wouldnt you be able to find out more about him through ebay if you viewed his profile
