UD Comes through for me again!
So I had a Kyle Okposo FW Au that was pretty badly damaged. I called up UD and they told me they didn't have any replacements in stock, but I sent it back and hoped for the best. What arrives in my box today? An absolutely IMMACULATE Kyle Okposo FW AU! So happy about this one. Thanks UD!

Nice - if you're into that kind of thing send it in for grading. I hear that replacement/redemption cards tend to grade very well.

Must be nice, I sent a Shea Weber card back that was wrinkled up back in November and all I can get out of them is "Well let me get hold of our quality control people and then I'll get back to you". I have phoned three times and not once have I ever gotten a reply. The first time I got a lady on the line and she was the most rude person I have ever talked to in a customer relations position. The other times the men were quite nice but again they don't even want to admit that they received my card until I tell them I have a tracking number and can tell them I even know who signed for the package. I lost the email addy I had for Karvin otherwise I would give him an email. The last time I had a problem he straightened it out for me right away and was very fast at replying back to me.

Really? Wow thats nuts. I've done this twice and just today set up a claim for an Oshie FW auto. The claim took 30 seconds and went as smooth as anything. I'm really surprised you had those problems. Sorry to hear that.

I had no problem setting things up and getting a case number it was after that that I sent the card to them that I have been getting the run around. To their credit though this is the only time that I have had any real problems with them. The other one was the Crosby auto redemption from champs and everyone who had a card sent out on April 28th, I believe, had problems but that was cleared up right away.
