well i know in AZ, some players sign through the fence as they're entering the stadium for practice at the peoria sports complex. if i were you, id try to get them at the practices, as its less crowded, also heard its better to go before the ST games start( end of feb.), as not as many people are there at that time. try to get there early before practices and its also good to stay after games as they leave the stadium, also: be on the lookout for players around tyhe area, as my friend saw some players at the resturants in AZ and even saw ichiro at red robin!!! good luck and let us know what happens!!!

Hi i live down here where the twins springtrain, The best is to go in mid feb this year probably around feb 22nd or 23rd that is the voluntary report date for all players. right now i have been graphing the fantasy camps down here and have gotten Killebrew (yes he does come down for a few days during the spring traning usually in march when the minor leaguers are there) also got Frank Viola, Bert blyleven, and afew others next week there having an Oriole and Red Sox fantasy camp here that is going to be a rockin week Yaz, Brooks robinson, Jim Palmer, Earl Weaver, Rick Dempsey, And more. Alot Of the Players get down here early and start working out especially the ones that have winter homes down here The M and M boys are already down here and so is Johan Santana, Derek Lowe, and a few others the rest will start rolling in the next few weeks, i usually stop by both parks (twins and red sox) and check and see who has arrived. Tazawa is already down here but that is about the only notible name right now. IF You get them durning games Get there EARLY like 9am usually they open the gates around 9:30-10 be the first one by the dugout and your in good position to get some graphs. whats awsome about the twins stadium and Devil Rays is that both teams Minor Leauge teams Practice and hold there games right behind the stadiums so you can always leave the stadium get some minor leauge players and coaches and then go back and catch the rest of the Majore Leauge game Most stadiums will let you reenter as long as you have your stub or some will stamp your hand. Hope this info helps when your down here PM if you want to try to meet up and i can show you around the Park. OH and yes YOU may see players around town i have bumped in to Manny and pedro one year at the mall down here, blyleven at Sams Club, Michael Tucker at toys r us, and Jason Varitek and Johnny Damon at Target. KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN and CARDS AND PEN IN YOUR POCKET at all times! OH also if your going to be here when they play spring training games (march) Keep an eye out in the stands you never know who will be around alot of Ex players come by i have seen Kent Hurbek, Jack Morris, Dan Gladden all walking around before durning and after spring traning games. I do feel lucky to live down here and when and if we do move it will definatly be a sad day (at least for me lol)
