Michael Jordan Rookie Reprints How can you tell?
Ive been a sucker more than once on ebay, buying fake Jordan rookie cards. Does anybody know how to tell the difference, between the real ones, and the fake ones.

That's an expensive thing to be a sucker about...
I don't really know that much about basketball, but buying graded should solve your problems...unless you want one that's a 9 or a 10...then it's gonna be expensive.

make sure to check out the person you buy from and report the ones that sell fakes. other than that just be careful.

if you look at the back of the card it will say its reprint so b4 you buy it then ask for a scan off the back.

yep, check out the data on the back of the card
I have reprint of Karl Malone and Chris Mullin from their 1986 Fleer RC, and if you look at the back, there is a notation that tells you the copyright date
then you will know
just remember: on Ebay, when you buy a $1000 Jordan rookie for $100, that's most likely a fake. When something is too good to be true, it usually is

some of the reprints dont actually say 'reprint' on them.
this is what i would do:
1. ask for an upclose scan of the actual card
2. check the writing around the ball on the back bottom right of the card, and make sure it is very clearly legible
3. also make sure the eyes on the bull on the back of the card actually connect.
hope everything works out.
