Trading issue, what should I do.

    Hello all,
So I bought a card on the baseball forum not too long ago and just received it today. I opened the bubble mailer, and saw my car was shipped in just a penny sleeve, no top loader...
The card is still in fairly good shape, but has a small crease by where the jersey is. (obviously a GU card.)
The card wasn't that much, and the damage isn't enough for me to want to return it, but how would you go about leaving feedback? I'm thinking a neutral with a feedback suggesting he should change his shipping methods. Any thoughts?? Thanks for the read.

They seriously just shipped the card in a penny sleeve?
I would definitely NOT give positive feedback as that is insane to think no damage would occur.....

    Trading Rules
Below is a list of trading guidelines/rules that we expect all traders to use when trading on SCF. Unless otherwise agreed to these should be standard for every trade.

    1) Cards must be in hand to post a trade, no exceptions.

    2) Cards must be sent in a toploader (or better quality card holder).

    3) Cards must be sent within 3 days of the agreement (Unless send first requirements are agreed to in the trade)

    4) Traders must state the condition of the card if it is not NM or better.

    5) Members with less than 20 feedback must send first on all transactions.

    6) Traders should clarify exactly how the card is being shipped before completing the trade.

    7) Traders should post the agreement of the trade on the thread it originated or as a post in the appropriate trading forum.

I either neg the guy or dispute the trade.

is it his first time selling?
    first time sending?
    is he a newbie?

some people just dont know all the rules...yes,one would think it is common sense, but after dealing with some people here and elsewhere, YOU ALLWAYS HAVE TO EXPECT THE WORST from people...helps alot when you get disappointed, lol.

I would find out the facts first...maybe someone did it for him and did not knwo any better, like a wife, g/f, son, parent...before you crucify the guy, get a good explanation first...

Sweet card. Luckily those cards are pretty resistant, and I would almost prefer wrapped in napkins to a dinky penny sleeve.
