Buying Inserts & Serial Numbered Cards

I'm looking to pick up large quantities of serial numbered and insert cards in the next few weeks. Paying $0.10/card for any inserts, $0.15 for any serial numbered card. Cards must be from 2008-10 and can be from any sport.

I am not buying Sage, Press Pass, or Tristar.

I am also not buying inserts from regular Topps or Topps Chrome (but serial numbered parallels are fine).

If you wanna spend a little bit more per card, I have a bunch of nice Serial Numbered and Inserts I could sell...... I have a lot from 2005-2007 as well if you are interested in them. Keep me updated, and we'll get working on a deal.
