    The guy needs to put on some muscle, he is too thin.

    Yeah, he's very small for being 7'3"...even though he's 4" taller than Dwight Howard, he'd be dominated by Dwight, simply because Dwight's muscle mass is so much more than Hasheem's.

    Thabeet has a long lean build but you can see that he had put on a little muscle since his college days(could still use a bit more though).

    From what I read about him he is (or was) a jovial, slightly timid, gentle giant by nature. He needs to get a litte tougher and meaner. He has potential though.

    The Grizzlies made a good move when they got rid of Iverson. That was addition by subtraction. Their record improved after that.

    Marc Gasol and Randolph (good pickup - pleasant surprise) have slimmed down so they are a little quicker maybe and able to have a little more endurance to keep up with their big-time athletes like O.J. Mayo and Rudy Gay especially.

    Memphis has lost a lot of games in row I believe, I think Rudy Gay is living up to his hype and so is Mayo...
