It says that you are putting cards into the card cash store, how do I get access to the store?

Since the new software and upgrade, the store has been removed. A new store is going to be built to replace it, it's just going to take a little take because the old format didn't work with the new setup.

Card Cash can be used to purchase cards and a few other items from the Card Cash Store (located in the Gallery). Before you could also purchase profile improvements with CC as well, but that feature is currently disabled.

From the website. Members donate cards to Turd Ferguson who then adds them to the CC Store. Members can then use their CC to purchase those cards.

And on a related note, since CC holds no monetary value, nobody makes any money on these transactions.
