2009 Topps

I just got back into collecting after being out of the hobby for about 17 years (give or take a few packs here and there). I've amassed a fairly large collection, and kept it in good shape, but I only want to concentrate now on building Topps Football Base Sets from 2009 down, and Chicago Bears cards.

I want to try and at least begin the set building by purchasing wax and pulling together the base cards while breaking boxes. Obviously that will be tough once I get down to pre-1980, but it will be fun trying.

With that said, I went out and bought a box of 2009 Topps Hobby, some 9-pocket sheets, busted packs and began building the first set in my "quest".

LMK what you're looking for, and if you have cards I need, we can work something out. I mostly have BB, FB, BK singles / sets / wax from the 80's and 90's, but I have some newer cards, SL figures, bobbleheads, autos, etc that I'm willing to trade. All raw. If its not related to Topps Football or the Chicago Bears / Cubs, its available for trade.

Welcome back to the collecting world. I have these for you. LMk if you still need them. Also, do you have doubles from the 09 topps set? if so I can make a list of what i need.

Another thing, I have a bunch of topps baseball and some topps football (both mostly late 80's-99) that I can go through to help you on your quest.

Finished the set! Didn't have a lot of luck this go-around on SCF. The set was assembled primarily from the wax box I purchased, 4-5 Ebay auctions, and a visit to my local card shop - Big League. I hope things are better for the next set; 2008 Topps Football.
