Winning bidder's activity with the seller is 11%. That's a red flag for me.

If you go to the link that says "Bid History" it shows exactly who bid on the item and how many times, etc. It also shows how often a Buyer bids with the Seller.
Well the high bidder has made 11% of their total bids with this Seller.

Alot of people think this means "Shill Bidding", but I actually had like 20% of my bids with one buyer at one point.
Simply because I had bid on this one card like 20 times, and then bid on a bunch more stuff from the same seller.

Not always bad, but just a cause for concern.

I don't see where it says all that information? Its just a list of bidders, their bid amounts, and date/time of their bid. thats it? Could you put a link up to show me?

Exactly, once you click on the bidders name it shows a screen that lists bidding details. Here is an example :
30-Day Summary
Total bids: 45
Items bid on: 25
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 4%
Bid retractions: 0
Bid retractions (6 months): 4
