    I would say so considering it is only out of 25 and you collect him. If you're happy with the price and the card then it is a good deal for you.

    Decent price. It's just below BV range. low end BV is $20, so if you got it below that then you scored a nice pickup, especially for PC.

    not bad 08-09 ultimate sigs are in that price range it has made it hard for me to collect them

    Any PC is good pickup. Unless you plan to resell it, you may end up selling higher like $3 or $4... not worth the trouble...
