Now that I no longer have MSF....
...can I exercise that privilege even if I trade with a senior member with very little trade feedback and also with new members with transferred feedback? Just want to clarify that. Thanks.

you can exercise that right if they have below 20 feedback. Transferred feedback counts towards that as well though. So if someone has 10 feedback here but 20 more from somewhere else they would have 30. Please mods correct me if im wrong

If you are trading with a member with less than 20 feedback that member is obligated to send first. If you are traded with a member with less than 20 feedback whose transferred feedback combines to be less than 20 that member is obligated to send first. If you are trading with a member with an MSF tag, that member is obligated to send first.
