    Was it a SP Authentic hobby box or just a SP retail box? If it IS SP authentic then you should definitely contact UD and see if they can make things right for you.

    ooohh.. thats rough mate. I always record my breaks even if i dont say anything. just to have that option, to link the video to ud or topps. if i get shut out with hits etc.
