    Thoughts on UFC 109

    Hey Everyone!

I purchased UFC 109 this weekend after hmming and hawing. Man what a bad show all around. I thought it was a waste of $50 personally but thats the risk you take on MMA.

I did like the Marquart fight as well as the Paulo Thiago fight. However all the other bouts were extreme disapointments.

Coleman made himself look old and very bad against Coture. I dunno i give this PPV a 2/5.

I hope the UFC puts on better shows than this or they will be loosing me as a viewer. I mean i know they were decimated by injuries however this was still a BAD BAD PPV.

Just curious as to your thoughts.

You are right on the money. You never know what you are going to get with MMA.

There were highs and lows to 109. Let's just hope the fights at the next event in two weeks are more enjoyable.

I gotta disagree, I thought it was entertaining. Worth the 50$? Meh.

I always love watching Randy tune someone up, even if i pretty much knew he would dominate.

Tiago was impressive against Swick. I can't wait to see him fight some real top quality opponents.

I was very impressed with Ronys Torres's debut (against Melvin). What a tuff guy.

And of course can't forget to mention Serra's KO! Loved it!

    Overall decent i thought

That was the free fight on Spike, but i have not watched the last 2 UFC fights because of WEAK fight cards (for the $50), but 110, 111, and 112 ALL have STRONG fight cards! I WILL DEF be watching those!!
