Which 09-10 box to break?
looking to break a hobby box soon of an 09-10 brand, but which do you think is worth it? I'm thinking of either Topps, UD, or Panini R&S longevity
any ideas?

09-10 SPGU (personally suggested , as I have got some mojos from it)
Bowman 48 (easy to get Good players / legend)
09-10 Topps Jumbo box (chance to get logoman / tag 1/1 , but VVVHTG)
Panini Threads (easier to get a immed auto of Kobe)

I have busted a box of Threads and Prestige this year, and had ok results. In the threads box I got a Harden auto letter and a Boozer die cut #d 21/25 and in the prestige box I got nothing really besides a Beaubois auto and a DeJuan Blair Draft Auto.

Depends what you like - are you partial to one company? What is your budget? I can't help you as much as some people because I have not opened any 09-10 product.
I think the higher-end UD products are overpriced and am partial to Topps. The regular UD though has a lot of auto's and GU in it for a base product. Topps is very good too this year, from what I have seen and what others have said.Last edited by wrafman; 02-09-2010 at 05:55 PM.

I'm thinking of 09/10 Topps, looking for cool parallels/inserts/etc.

If you want a Panini product Prestige seems to have the best bang for the buck and I like the design of their auto RCs (college,NBA logo variatons). If you like cool parallels and inserts (as I do) then I think UD is good but Topps is your best bet. You can find either online for about $60 and up. If you buy Topps, you get regular gold parallels/2009, black parallels/50, chrome parallels/999, chrome refractors/500, and gold refractors/50.
You also get a chance at some very nice GU and auto's. I also like the fact that you can usually put together a whole set (or close) from one box.
