    See if the card shop in your area will mail it to PSA on their account. I have done this before with a card shop I used to go through. Personally, I would think that PSA is more likely to grade a 10 than BVG. If you're looking to maximize $, I would think PSA is where to go--BVG is a little too tough and a little too niche for my liking as a seller.
