topps is prolly good cards without huge $$$$$$$
like bowman chrome is $$$$$$$
but best with no concernt to money would be bowman chrome

Leaf Limited...Killer inserts but you definitely have to pay $$$$ for packs

I like to buy SP Authentic. Its a little pricy but its very high quality. If you dont want to get a bunch of base cards you should go with either Leaf Limited or Ultimate Collection. You'll pay about $70/pack for LL and $110/pack for UC but both are just ridiculously high quality.
Mid level cards I like are Playoff Hogg Heaven and Leaf Certified Materials.

i go for spx mainly...ive seen some pretty nice cards come out of packs.
