Cutting the cards right after gluing the sheets together works the best. You'll have the best edges and the least chance of the card bowing during the drying process. If it seems like the card wants to bow a bit, I'll press it under some heavy books for a few minutes until the glue is totally dry. The card shouldn't go back to bending after that at all.

The ticker the worst... Thicker paper stock keep their bend longer when you past them in a printer...
I leave my customs in top loaders...

I was wondering if you would mind updating this tutorial to include how you handle the backs now that you are doing them. I am struggling to get reliable centering on bordered backs (so I no longer do it), and am looking for other ideas as to how to do it. Thanks
