    just curious...

what bid activity percentage with a seller (This shows the percentage of all bids from this bidder that went to this specific seller)
    would u consider it schilling?

    would 34% do?
    too low?
    how about 67%?

those were the percentages of the top 2 bidders on a card that i was watching that just ended

If the seller has over 1,000 feedback, I'd say anything over 5%. It just seems questionable to me if a seller with 1,000 transactions has sold 50 of them to the same collector.

It depends how many total bids they have. If the member has only bid 3 times in the past 30 days and 2 of the times are with the seller, then I wouldn't consider it shilling. But if it is like 30 out of 45, then I would. Percentage isn't as big of a deal as #of bids with the seller.

I would say no. Reason being attyball23 lists A LOT of cards.

It is hard to say and there are several factors, as others have suggested. I did not realize it was possible to look at the % of bids from each person. Thanks for the info.(I was wondering about that). I know ebay changed their policy a few years ago so that you can no longer see the username of the high bidder.

By shilling I take it you mean having someone you know bid on the card to try to boost its' sale value. If two genuine bidders get in a bidding war and change their mind and decide to raise their maximum bid and really want the card then that is not really shilling.

if there are only six or seven bids, then 67% is not unusual. If there are many bids then for 34% I would say no; 67% I would say probably yes.
