with about two weeks left, do you guys think it is worth sending any out this weekend, or is it just a waste of cards?

You needed to send about a week ago AT THE LATEST. You're better off waiting until the season starts and send to their teams then.

I don't understand why this would be true. Explain why you think this (when there is a little over 2 wks left in ST - you can get a return in as little as 5 days).
Not to argue, I'm only curious in knowing your reasoning.

Without spamming, I've seen a number of people that mentioned not to send after that time.

I can only suspect that some veterans will be leaving camp a little early to rest for Opening Day, and others will be sent to minor league camps or released (like a few this past week). And being this close to Opening Day, it just makes more sense to send to the stadium to avoid having your requests forwarded.

To be honest I sent the wrong address out for the Reds in my Valentines mailing and it took some of those envelopes over 3 weeks to be returned RTS! I have successes that take less time than some of my RTS to ST sites did? Combine that with the player movements and yeah I would wait to send till ST is over. Guys who are returning in 5 days c/o ST should be returning well during the regular season as well. Take the risk if you want, but why not wait 2 or 3 weeks and send a good number to the normal team address?

I agree (but I don't know about veterans leaving early). It's late and players can be sent MiLB camps and whatever.
Regardless, I'm done mailing (except to throw my JHam in the pile & a CC for a return duing the year - let's see if it's during the NYY road trip to OAK again...)
