Besides Hockey, I do follow Chicago White Sox baseball. Anyways, two years ago when they were in the playoffs I didn't have cable at my new apartment yet...so I looked at MLB.com and saw that they were doing all the playoff games through MLB.tv that you could watch for $7.99. Emphasis on ALL playoff games. So I paid the $7.99 to watch all the playoff games, go to load up the first White Sox game 5 minutes before first pitch and it says I cannot watch it due to Regional Blackouts. Well, basically for the rest of the playoffs, I could not watch a single game on MLB.tv that was televised on National TV in my region...which was every single game.

I called MLB.tv to tell them about this and get my money back, and sure enough even though the advertisement said ALL PLAYOFF GAMES FOR 7.99, there was an asterix next to it that said subject to regional blackouts. So I paid $7.99 for nothing.
