2007 Exquisite Rookie Sig. BIG HIT....but...

Just got in a group break of 07 exq. rookies and hit the Dice K /99 Gold redemption. I entered the redemption code on the website and "inventory depleted" :(

Gonna call them first thing in the morning. C'mon UD..do me right! ONE TIME!

I know it's been 7 weeks or so but they did take my expired redemptions when I called after Christmas. Granted, they were crappy enough that they had plenty in stock.

If the redemption deadline isn't far off, then I think they may honor it. Good luck.

This is different. The stock is depleted, which means it wasn't expired, but UD was too friggen dumb to 1. either make 99 of the card, or 2. keep the cards until the redemptions expired (probably gave some away in a promotion, sold them off, sent them as replacements, etc).

If the redemption was expired, they probably used the surplus to fulfill other redemption requests.

I called UD today. They didn't have anymore of that particular card. I had to give them a list of players today (I gave them 7 premium players). The person I talked to was very helpful and gave me no crap about the redemption being expired. They were well aware of the BV of the Dice K and he promised they would take care of me. Supposedly in 3-4 weeks I will have my replacement(s).

always have to be skeptical of the guy on the phone saying he will take care of ya...what was the bv on the dice-k...

and i never understood how a numbered card could be depleted...if there are 99 cards and 99 redemptions what gives?
