    Good Packs/Boxes

Hey. I am fairly new to collecting cards and was just wondering what products were worth their money. I want to begin breaking boxes every now and then but I don't really know what to buy. I am looking for opinions. If you could list a price of the product, or a link to the product as well that would be awesome.

If you can, I would suggest first buying a few packs from different brands to see what you like first-hand and compare.

As the previous person said prices on products from previous years are generally (not always) cheaper than the current year. 07-08 products are good because of Durant but they are also popular for that reason.

    I like:
07-08 SPx (as the previous person suggested - SPx and SP Authentic are very hit or miss though - usually miss)
08-09 Topps Chrome (nice refractor auto RCs and parallels) and Fleer Hot Prospects (nice-looking patch auto RCs)
09-10 - Topps, UD, UD SP Game-Used (pricey though - maybe out of your range). Panini Prestige seems well-received too, if you like Panini products
